How can I submit my artwork/writing samples/photography to be considered for
your cards?
Carlton Cards is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Greetings, and we have
a large staff of creative personnel, including writers, artists and photographers,
who furnish us with all of our needs. To avoid any appearance of a conflict
with these creative efforts, we have adopted a policy of not accepting unsolicited
materials or disclosures of ideas. Any creative work that we do receive will
be returned to its owner immediately. You may want to read The Poet's Market,
a book that provides the names of companies who purchase poetry/verse on a
free-lance basis. Or, you may want to contact theGreeting Card Association,
at their Web site www.GreetingCard.org to purchase further information regarding
publishers that will accept creative submissions.
Who do I contact to carry cards and/or gifts in my store?
To inquire about independent retail sales, you may contact our sales team
at (800) 442-7662 or send an e-mail to Inside.Sales@amgreetings.com. Be
sure to indicate what type(s) of product you are considering carrying in
your store (e.g., cards, stationery, party goods, gifts, etc.).
I would like a part-time job stocking cards. Whom do I contact?

Do you offer e-greetings on your Web site?
Carlton Cards/American Greetings does not currently offer e-greetings on its Web site. However,
our parent company, American Greetings offers free e-cards on its site
www.americangreetings.com.
Can I return products purchased on your Web site to a store in my area?
Yes. Refunds and exchanges will be cheerfully completed at any of our retail
stores. You may use our store locator to find a store in your area. You
must return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase with original receipt
and all merchandise tags attached. Refunds are issued in the same tender
as the original purchase. A merchandise return form is provided with each
order and is required for all returns/exchanges.

Can I pay by check for an on-line order?
No, we do not accept checks for on-line orders. All web site orders require
a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) as payment.

Carltoncards.com no longer accepts international (overseas) orders.
How do I sign up to receive e-mail product messages?
You must be a registered user on the site to receive e-mail announcements
and special offers. If you are not a registered user, please click here to become a preferred customer. You will receive special offers and announcements
twice a month.
How do I access the member login channel?
You must be a registered user on the site to access the member login channel.
If you have previously registered, please use the email address you registerd
with and the password you selected to login. If you have forgotten your
password, please click here to have your password emailed to you. If you
are not a registered user, click here here to become a preferred customer.
What are your shipping charges?
The shipping charge is determined by the total amount of the order and whether
the order is shipped within the United States or outside the country. See
the table below for U.S. and Canadian shipping costs. Carltoncards.com
no longer accepts international (overseas) orders.
Postage, Handling and Insurance– This charge reflects what it
costs to pack, ship and insure your purchase; everything required
for a prompt and satisfactory delivery. Please use street address
and apartment number. Items ordered together may not necessarily
be shipped together.

Can you help me locate a particular card design?
To inquire about a particular card design, please send an e-mail with your
name, address and zip code to consumer.relations@amgreetings.com. If possible,
please provide the UPC, price information and any other information printed
on the back of the card.
Do you sell ornaments from prior years?
We offer a limited selection of older ornaments which are featured on the website. If the item is not listed online, we are sold out. Please contact a store near you for limited availability.
Who can I contact about a donation for a charity or event?
Carlton Cards is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Greetings. Therefore,
all requests for donations are referred to our Community Relations department.
